- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due [insert number] days before the departure date.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Client Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. We will endeavor to secure refunds in accordance with the cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, and tour operators. Please note that the full amount may not be refundable, and a service charge of 15% will be applied to the refundable amount.
- Supplier Cancellations: If a third-party supplier cancels a service, we will attempt to find an alternative. Refunds for such cancellations are subject to the supplier’s policies.
5. Changes to Bookings

- Patagogo-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries. Significant changes will be communicated promptly.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Patagogo is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.
